TERMS OF USE


APP USAGE

The App provides features that help you to manage your dairy farm. The App is free to use for the first 100 days for new users. Existing users will also be provided with an account balance that will enable them 100 days free usage. The account balance will reduce on a daily basis at the rate of ₹3/day. Once the balance goes down to ₹0, certain features in the App will get locked. However, features like Nutritive Values, Calving Calculator and other read only features will be still available for use. The user needs to recharge their account with sufficient balance to unlock these features. The recharge can be done with a minimum of ₹24.

There is no restriction is usage of the App as long as there is sufficient account balance. App is usable as long as internet connection is available on the device. We are not responsible for the availability of internet connectivity and the data usage by the App. The App user has to ensure sufficient data balance and network connectivity exists from their service providers to be able to use the application.

The users have been provided with 100 days of free App usage. If they wish to discontinue they can export their data from the App. If they want their farm details to be removed from the App, they can contact customer support and the corresponding farm information will be erased from our servers.


PAYMENTS

For App account recharge we use a third party service provider and payment can be done from the App itself. If a payment is made successfully and is not getting reflected in the app, please contact our customer support numbers provided in the App. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We do not store any payment information like card details, account details etc. collected by the third party on our site. The third party payment provider uses industry standard and approved mechanism for payment transactions.

Payment once done for the recharge will not be refunded at any cost. No refund will be made for the remaining acocunt balance in the App. Please contact customer support for any further queries.
